Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://honeywayllc.com and any related pages or subdomains (the "Site"), operated by HoneyWay LLC ("HoneyWay," "we," "our," or "us"), a licensed real estate brokerage in Virginia and Maryland.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Services & Real Estate Information

HoneyWay LLC is a licensed real estate brokerage serving buyers and sellers in the Shenandoah Valley, Loudoun County, and Frederick County, Maryland. The Site provides general real estate information, property search powered by IDXBroker and Bright MLS data, home valuation tools, and contact features to connect you with our licensed agents.

Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer, contract, or agreement to provide real estate brokerage services. An agency relationship is established only through a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

IDX Listing Data & MLS Information

Property listings displayed on this Site are sourced from Bright MLS through IDXBroker and are subject to the following terms:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used fraudulently.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content — including the HoneyWay name, logo, brand elements, written copy, photography (excluding MLS listing photos), and design — are owned by HoneyWay LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. Linking to the Site's publicly accessible pages is permitted, provided you do not frame the Site or imply affiliation or endorsement where none exists.

Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to or integrate third-party services including IDXBroker, Google Maps, mortgage calculators, and social media platforms. Governing Law & Disputes

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Frederick County, Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
