Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://honeywayllc.com and any related pages or subdomains (the "Site"), operated by HoneyWay LLC ("HoneyWay," "we," "our," or "us"), a licensed real estate brokerage in Virginia.

Services & Real Estate Information

HoneyWay LLC is a licensed real estate brokerage serving buyers and sellers in the Shenandoah Valley, Loudoun County, and Northern Virginia. The Site provides general real estate information, our current in-house listings, home valuation tools, and contact features to connect you with our licensed agents.

Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer, contract, or agreement to provide real estate brokerage services. An agency relationship is established only through a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

All property listings displayed on this Site are owner-direct listings represented by HoneyWay LLC:

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Frederick County, Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
