Cold brew doesn’t just have to be for mornings. Enjoy this cocktail any time of day with the delicious notes of coffee, and the smooth creamy finish.
- 2 oz heavy cream
- .5 oz simple syrup
- .75 oz vanilla bean syrup
- Shake with aeration ball until it becomes a lovely foldable cream
- In a rocks glass add 2 oz Jameson and 3oz cold brew coffee
- Stir lightly, add ice, then fold cream over top and add nutmeg for garnish
