Almond Joy Holiday Fudge
A twist on Nana’s Fudge Recipe that Nate created, you’ll find this to be a delightful treat for parties, gifts, or that holiday sweet tooth. This delicious dessert can be made in 20 minutes and ready in a couple of hours. Pairs well with a Red Blend.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
- 12 ounces Semisweet Chocolate Chips (Dark)
- 7 ounces Marshmallow Creme
- 1 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
- 1/4 cup Coconut Cream
Directions
1. Grease a 9×13-inch pan.
2. Mix sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in a large, heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Bring mixture to a full boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and thoroughly combined. Beat in marshmallow creme, almonds, coconut flakes, coconut cream, and vanilla extract. Transfer fudge to the prepared pan and let cool before cutting into squares.
