November 2020 Recap
November was a busy month for Kaylie and Nate at both the front and back ends of our business. We had the opportunity to work with multiple clients and went Under Contract on two homes, Closed on a home, and Rented out a home!
While this year has been sweet for HoneyWay and we’ve continued to be successful in Virginia, we’re ready to expand our business. Nate passed his MD Real Estate Exam and Kaylie passed her WV Real Estate Exam this month, so we’ll be in those surrounding areas soon! We are also excited for the help that our great lenders will continue to be able to provide us as we move into these new areas. Plus they are super great models for our hoodies.
Our marketing has also received a facelift this month. We take all steps to make sure any business matters are handled professionally and seriously, but we sprinkle some fun in the process as well. This month, we kick-started our Tik Tok page and started planning/filming a bunch of content to share with you on that platform along with our existing platforms.
