Kaylie: Welcome everyone to HoneyWay’s Home Matchmaker, I’m your host Kaylie and as always, my lovely co-host Nate.
Nate: Kaylie you are too kind. Today we are here to find you that special home, so let’s not waste anymore time and introduce our 3 contestants. Our first home hails from a country setting near you and has charm for days, let’s meet Modern Farmhouse:
Modern Farmhouse
The Modern Farmhouse combines a weekend in the country with the luxury of convenience. This home provides the feeling of privacy and seclusion, keeping a great distance from the nearest neighbor, while boasting modern amenities such as indoor plumbing and smart technology. Don’t be surprised to see an abundance of windows or exposed wood beams, the Modern Farmhouse likes to keep things natural. The Modern Farmhouse is also a sucker for tradition, showing off a large covered porch to watch the sunset or entertain those you love.
Kaylie: Modern with a throwback to a simpler time, I have to say that Modern Farmhouse sounds like quite the catch, but with something a little more neighborly how about we welcome contestant number 2, Suburban Brick Beauty:
Suburban Brick Beauty
Suburban Brick Beauty likes to stay on the outskirts away from the drama but close enough to socialize. This home provides everything needed for a busy bee needing to jet into town for work or errands, but also wanting to take time to unwind on the weekend with neighbor friends if desired. It’s not uncommon for the Suburban Brick Beauty to provide multiple bedrooms, a private driveway, or a yard to enjoy leisurely. You may also find a fenced-in backyard for some added privacy, especially if a pool or hot tub is included.
Nate: Kaylie, I have to say that Suburban Brick Beauty does offer that “need a cup of sugar” vibe that walking a mile to your closest neighbor doesn’t offer. I will say, I myself enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city life with the ability to walk most place for all my needs, so how about we get acquainted with home number 3, City Apartment:
City Apartment
If you’ve been looking for a home in the heart of downtown, then the City Apartment may be the match for you. What the City Apartment lacks in natural surroundings, it makes up for in convenience. Forget filling up on gas every week, you can walk to work or your favorite nearby restaurant. And if you find yourself out later than planned one evening, no need to call a cab – your humble abode awaits just a short walk away. The City Apartment typically likes to go for an open floorpan with little wasted space, and as many windows as possible with a view of the city skyline.
Nate: Wow, I have to say, these homes all have a little to offer everyone, it makes it really hard for me to have a favorite. What do you think Kaylie?
Kaylie: Nate, I have to agree, choosing one of these great homes would be tough for me, so I’m glad I just host the show, lol.
